Scholarship Application 2012
The Silicon Valley Chapter of the Construction Financial Management
Association is currently distributing Scholarship Applications to the
greater bay area high schools, colleges, junior colleges, and trade
schools for the fall 2012 school year. The CFMA Silicon Valley Chapter
scholarship gives out scholarship money to help assist students with
their books, classes or tools for them to continue their education into
the construction industry.
The scholarship application is open to any students who want to
pursue a career in construction, financial services or similar industry
that will interact with the construction or financial services
industries, are currently enrolled in 12th grade level of high school or
college and will be attending college during the fall of the calendar
year; or, are currently an apprentice participating in registered trades
training programs relating to the construction industry.
Attached is a copy of the application and requirements pertaining to
eligibility,application submission, oral presentation, and other
requirements. We will also consider interest in construction, grades,
extracurricular activities, employment experience, and advisor
evaluations when making our final selection.
